It's a milestone worth celebrating as we honor the incredible journey of Long Beach, CA Traffic Controller, Martin, who recently achieved his 25-year anniversary with TMI. In recognition of this momentous occasion, CEO & Co-Founder Jonathan Spano, accompanied by the Executive Leadership Team, had the privilege of presenting Martin with his well-deserved “25 Years” Milestone Trophy at TMI's Headquarters, one of only three to ever receive this trophy.

Over the span of a quarter-century, Martin has been a beacon of commitment and an unwavering embodiment of TMI's values. Jonathan Spano shared his thoughts, saying, "Martin has been at TMI for 25 years and still makes a positive impact on the company culture every day,” Jonathan said. “He's a great team player and sets an example for us all. We're so thankful for all his hard work. Happy 25th Anniversary, Martin!"

Martin's journey with TMI commenced in 1998, a time when the company was in its infancy, operated by only a handful of employees juggling various responsibilities. Throughout these 25 years, Martin has played a pivotal role in fostering TMI's culture and growth, particularly within the Long Beach Branch. In his own words, Martin expressed his gratitude, saying, "I feel grateful for TMI and have much gratitude for taking care of me over the years."
